CocoLicious chocolate does not behave like conventional chocolate. It freezes very well

  • Room Temperature: 2 weeks
  • Refrigerated:
    • Pure, Mint, NoNut: 15 weeks
    Yacon Heaven: 1 month
  • Frozen: over 1 year

I store most of my CocoLicious in the freezer but I also keep a jar of them in the fridge for immediate consumption. If I can't wait, I'll eat them right out of the fridge. Otherwise, I'll let them warm up for a couple of minutes and eat them at room temperature. Yum!
